Support Engineer – Workflow Applications

Educational Qualifications: Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology

Shift: Rotational (24 / 5)

Candidate Profile:
· 1-3 years of experience in Application Support Environment.
· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like .Net, VB, Asp etc
· Knowledge of basic SQL queries.
· L1 & L2 Application support experience.
· Experience in providing 24x5 production support.
· Familiarity with support escalation process.
· Data Analysis and Clean Up.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must possess strong analytical organizational and planning.
. Good in WFM- work flow management

Job Responsibilities:
· Encompass daily and monthly support by providing access, maintaining, updating, troubleshooting and enhancing current systems.
· In other related applications. The person should demonstrate the ability to understand the workflow applications
. new versions of application rollout and implementation of these new versions

Experience: 1-3 Years
