EDUCATION CRITERIA

Data Resource:
• Arts & Science graduates alone are eligible
• 10+2+3 years of education pattern is mandatory
• 2008-2009 pass outs only
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift timings)

Voice Resource:
• 10+2+3 years of education pattern is mandatory
• Candidates with any graduation/specialization can apply
• 2008-2009 pass outs only
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift timings)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 50% consistent academic record in X, XII, UG and PG (if applicable)
• Willingness to work across any location in India
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• Written aptitude test
• Technical interviews
• Voice and accent round

COMPENSATION
• Rs.1.20 to 1.6 lakhs per annum depending on the role
• Night shift allowance + Transportation facility will be provided
