Designation: Process Associate/Trainee Associate

Position Description: Trainee Associate
- Works on tasks that are simple and routine in nature. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Works under high supervision / guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives.
- Generates reports and distributes to relevant people.
- Distributes mails.
- Enters contractors time sheets.
- Updates databases.
- Ensures adherence to quality / accuracy and timelines.
- Achieves or exceeds set targets and works as part of a team to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Sharing knowledge / best practices with team so as to contribute towards improved level of team performance.
- Effectively manages maintenance centre desk.
- Provides support / assistance to customer (internal/external) queries over phone and / or email.
- Generates tickets, coordinates and escalates for issue(s) resolution and monitors the progress of ticket clearance.
- Responsible for resolving issues and closing tickets.
- Co-ordinates with various groups within ADC

Work Requirements:
o Graduate/Undergraduate with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
o Should possess excellent Communication skills (both written and spoken).
o High customer orientation
o Willingness to work in night shifts.
o Should be very good at excel.
o Should posses Good PC Skills.

Shift Timings are 4.00PM to 1.00 AM; 7.00PM to 4.00AM ; 12.00AM to 9.00AM.
