Job Description:
Appropriate handling of customer queries and complaints.Ensure customer satisfaction during every transaction.
Any inadequately handled call to be escalated to superior.
To educate and be mentor to at least one new comer into hotline.
Be adequately trained and updated on any changes that take place from time to time.
Handle of calls with speed and accuracy and address appropriately to customers queries of varied complexity. Aggressively work toward achieving deadlines and agreed targets
