Technical IT Recruiter

Job Description:
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
* Building our internal databank with relevant CV’s clearly marked, easily accessible to all recruiters and you shall upload all the CV’s accordingly into our database.
* Handling End to End recruitment activities right from identifying the candidates, screening of profiles, scheduling interviews, interview follow-up and acceptance of offer by candidates and joining our client.
* Conducting the initial round of interview to check the candidates on various aspects i.e. Availability, willingness etc.
* Performing reference checks on candidates
* Source, screen & interview potential candidates for contract opportunities.
* Recruit candidates through database searches, portals, headhunting, referrals, networking & cold calling.
* Coordinating and conducting on campus interviews & meeting recruitment targets
* Providing daily, weekly and monthly trackers on the status of all requirements.

Candidate Profile:
* He should have minimum one year experience in IT recruitment
* He should have excellent oral & written communication skills and also good in negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Should able to work extended hours
* A Self Starter & Quick Learner
* An aggressive go-getter attitude.
* Should be able to join as soon as possible
* Should have good knowledge in Infrastructure Management services like Hardware, Network & System Administration

Experience: 1-3 Years
