Job Description

• Set team KPI’s
• Set individual team members KPI’s targeted achievement of team KPI’s
• Manage team daily to achieve KPI’s
• Communicate deadlines to team via KPI’s
• Manage KPI deadlines to ensure on time delivery
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion and 
• incorporate into KPI regime
• Report any road block to KPI/deadline achievement to the Operations Manager within 24 hours
• Report any urgent issues in relation to non achievement of KPI’s to Operations Manager
• Assist the Operations Manager in managing Full Life cycle Software Development
• Trouble shoots complex technical issues at multiple tiers [front end, middle tier and back end]
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement specification documentation and        
• presentation
• Ensure software solutions suit the business needs
• Ensure software development best practices are implemented and maintained
• Write test plans, test cases, test execution report and test data creation
• Manage Application testing from start to finish
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing
• Direct and manage project development from start to finish
• Work with business group to understand business needs so that appropriate technology
• could be introduced at all times
• Identify and resolve issues related to project in the team within 48 hours
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are delivered on time.

Experience & Qualifications

•  Minimum 5+ years experience in IT industry.
•  Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Test Driven Development and Agile programming methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years experience in all phases of project life cycle.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Service Oriented Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ASP.Net (exposure to 3.0 required), XML Web Services, SOAP, REST.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Net 2.0 / .Net 3.5, Visual Studio 2005.
• Minimum 1 year experience in DHTML, CSS, AJAX.
• Minimum 2 years experience in SQL Server 2000/2005, Reporting Services.
• Minimum 2 years, solid hands on experience on programming skills in ASP.net and C#.
• Candidate with Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCAD, MCSD) in one or more ASP.Net,
• XML Web Services, C# will be given preference.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS project or any equivalent application, High Level Design covering ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), LLD ( Low Level Design) covering Screen Designing, design of table structures.
