Position Description: Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered.

Description of Responsibility:
Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations
Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling
Check / monitor absenteeism
Ensure adherence to security norms including print security and physical access procedures in the team
Ensure all members of the team go through security and compliance awareness programs as per policy
Technical Qualifications: Technical know-how of MS Office Suite
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
