Job Description	Key Deliverables Performance improvement of 2G and 3G Radio Network Quality for all South Circles. Implementation of new techniques/parameters for quality improvement co-ordination and follow up with circle teams on key regulatory activities. Key Activities Analysis of 2G and 3G Network dashboards and improvement intiatives for KPIs below targets. GPRS/EDGE performance improvement activities for all South circles. Identification of issues in 3G Networks in Chennai & ROTN and resolving of the same in co-ordination with vendor. Involved in implementation of new products/features like Astellia Tools and AFP implementations. Co-ordination for implementation of ICR in South Circles. Co-ordination of completion of Regulatory activities like EMF and MRO.
