Requisites:
Qualification:
Fresher (Preferably MBA)
Experienced (Any graduate with Min 6 months experience in IT recruitment)
Skill Set:
· Should be able to work on IT Requirements
· Screening the resumes from the portal based on the requirement provided
· Scheduling interview for the candidates.
· Basic IT skills
· Handling database
· Should be Proactive, Dedicated, committed, Result Oriented person
· Excellent communication (Oral & Written), interpersonal & presentation skills.
· Should be a highly motivated professional with excellent facilitation skills.
