Desired Candidate Profile
Competencies: A very sound knowledge of IMAGE Lab & VLSI technology, with excellent communication skills.
There will be a two year contract. A technical written test and an interview.
Written test will be conducted at 11:00 AM on 27th February’2010. For registration, (Without registration you can’t sit in the exam), exact room and direction, kindly call us on 022-28574310 on 22nd February’2010 to 26th February’2010 from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM for registration and directions for the exam/interview venue.
Selected people will appear for an interview on the same day from 2:00 PM onwards. Those who are selected will join on 1st March’2010. At the time of sitting for the exam, the candidates have to submit at detailed CV, all Bachelor/Master degree Certificates along with an earnest money Chq for Rs. 44,000/- drawn in favor of “Powai Labs Technology Pvt. Ltd.” dated 1st March’2012, proof of permanent residence (passport copy/ration Card/PAN Card etc), two passport photographs. If they aren’t selected, the Certificates Chq and other documents will be returned on the same day. Those who are selected, the Chq will not be deposited and will be returned at the end of 24 months working with us, along with the certificates and documents.
A stipend of Rs. 7000/- per month for six months will be offered to selected candidates during their training/project work with us at Mumbai; candidates whose project is still not done at their academic institute can finish it with us and all support/guidance will be provided for the same. A total annual package after the training will be 3,10,000/- per annum; with fixed 1,32,000/- and a variable performance pay of Rs. 1,78,000/-. Candidates who perform and deliver will be given shares in the Company and can look forward to a fast track growth

This role will be best suited for a person with entrepreneur sprit, with strong VLSI knowledge; and a person who is a self starter & a keen learner and someone who wants to build a career in high technology field, loves to travel and meet people to discuss VLSI and improve the existing product based on the said feedback. It is a hardcore technology role with management and interpersonal skills.
