Role Summary/Purpose	The focus of this technical IT Operations role includes designing and maintaining an IT infrastructure to support internal teams on product development, testing and customer support. Essential Responsibilities	The IM Program Manager Business Solutions The primary responsibility is to ensure stable IT operations through managing metric around service delivery, supporting IT infrastructure, business applications and maintaining acceptable internal Service Level Agreements. Qualifications/Requirements	Required technical skills are; - Windows 2000/2003/NT, UNIX (Solaris, AIX, TRU64), LINUX (Redhat ES) server management at a technical hands-on level, including installation, configuration, administration and patching. - IT/Campus local area network management and associated wide area connectivity for enterprise class networks based on Cisco technologies. - HP Storage Area Network configuration management and administration, Veritas/Legato backup software. - Network monitoring & Security aspects, common problems, and solutions (ACL, firewall configuration, filtering, and VPN). - Provide support and solutions for remote development access (VPN, Citrix, Remote Desktop). - Development and execution of IT investment strategy, supporting IT infrastructure, Product Development, Customer Service, Training, Commercial Operations, and Customer Projects.
