Role Summary/Purpose	The focus of this technical IT Operations role includes designing and maintaining an IT infrastructure to support internal teams on product development, testing and customer support. Also, this role will provision IT infrastructure necessary to support the T&D external customers and partners.
Essential Responsibilities	The IM Program Manager Business Solutions The primary responsibility is to ensure stable IT operations through managing metric around service delivery, supporting IT infrastructure, business applications and maintaining acceptable internal Service Level Agreements. As a team member of the global T&D Operations team, you will also be responsible for providing essential cost-efficient IT hardware, software, project management and execution services using internal and external providers, enabling T&D product and services development, delivery and support to a global customer base.
Qualifications/Requirements	Required technical skills are; - Windows 2000/2003/NT, UNIX (Solaris, AIX, TRU64), LINUX (Redhat ES) server management at a technical hands-on level, including installation, configuration, administration and patching. - IT/Campus local area network management and associated wide area connectivity for enterprise class networks based on Cisco technologies. - HP Storage Area Network configuration management and administration, Veritas/Legato backup software. - Network monitoring & Security aspects, common problems, and solutions (ACL, firewall configuration, filtering, and VPN). - Provide support and solutions for remote development access (VPN, Citrix, Remote Desktop). - Development and execution of IT investment strategy, supporting IT infrastructure, Product Development, Customer Service, Training, Commercial Operations, and Customer Projects.

• Responsible for managing few instance of CentOS Linux Server along with multiple Windows 2003/2008 Servers.
• Responsible for day to day troubleshooting for technologies like Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007, ISA, MS Virtualization 2008.
• Responsible for AD, ADC, DNS, DHCP in Windows Platform.
• Installation and configuration of x64/x86 servers & user's system in local and remote location
• Responsible for storage management & timely backups of Exchange, Active Directory, Linux, etc.
• Installation & Configuring of test & production servers for the development team across India & US
• Collating the shift handover documentation to ensure all parties have visibility of incidents closed and ongoing, service impacts, outstanding requests and scheduled changes
• Understanding of VoIP would be preferred.
• Monitoring services through the use of monitoring tools like WhatsUpGold etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Three to five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment is a must
• Experience in working with LINUX, IBM x86 & Dell PowerEdge systems is mandatory.
