Skills Required:
# 4 years of total development experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Java Scripts, JDBC, AJAX and XML
# Experience in the development of web applications
# Minimum 1 year of experience in Spring Framework, any RDBMS (preferably Oracle 9i)
# Minimum 1 year of experience in system design
# Good understanding of Object Oriented Design and J2EE design patterns
# Good Analytical and trouble shooting skills
# Good experience in unit and integration testing
