Infosys-BPO is hiring people for Technical Support Process and Voice process.

1) Technical Help Desk process

Designation: Process Executives

Experience: 0 to 18 months (in Technical Support)

Job Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune (Selected Candidates should be flexible to relocate to any of these places)

Job Requirements:
Good Communication Skills.
Should have Knowledge in any one of the below skill sets
1)Dot Net 2) Java J2ee 3) SQL
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)

Qualification: Only Bsc (CS) or BCA or MCA or M.Sc (CS).

2) Voice process

Designation: Process Executive (Voice Process)

Experience: 0-18 months

Job Location: Bangalore/Pune

Job Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Minimum qualification – Post Graduation/Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) –
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore or Pune
Should be willing to work in a voice process.
