About SR&I:
The SR&I team in India was conceived to integrate and build Deloitte's research and knowledge management capacities. The SR&I's growing team of research professionals focus on knowledge management, market & competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, strategic planning and commercialization to produce high value offerings that generate bottom line benefit for clients and the firm. They work with SR&I professionals in the US to identify development priorities and influence overall firm strategy besides supporting client relationship building activities. The SR&I plays a key role in communicating and commercializing the firm's perspective to a broad audience around the world.

Specific Skill Sets and Qualification:
a. Very good MS office skills
b. Strong HTML skills
c. Exposure to content management
d. Strong verbal and written communication skills
e. Knowledge of branding and content workflow guidelines and standards
f. Experience with working on intranet portals - updating html pages and developing new pages for strategic content areas
g. Understanding of business to respond to 'requests for pursuit/information'.
Job Purpose:
1. Work with Knowledge Managers to ensure content is current and accurate
2. Assist the leadership on projects and reports
3. Review for completeness and consistency of content
4. Compile content usage reports related to the knowledge portal
5. Compile newsletters and analyst reports
6. Perform basic HTML updates and develop new pages for the strategic content areas.
7. Conduct peer review for quality
8. Perform quality check on HTML projects
9. Respond to 'Requests For Pursuit/Information'
10. Develop process work flows
11. Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and maintaining content within the portal
12. Follow Deloitte standards for content processing
13. Search, collate and cleanse content for posting
14. Develop and run reports that will assist in identifying opportunities for acquiring information
15. Database management of distribution lists and approved client lists
16. Cater to ad hoc requests
17. Facilitate knowledge sharing
