Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (including 2009 passouts with no backlog in past semesters)

Industry Background:
Financial Services Industry / Shared Services / KPO

Criteria:
• 0-4 Years of Industry experience
• Excellent Communication / Negotiation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in Non-voice / Data Operations will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in flexible shifts
