Job Summary:
Ensure optimum availability of voice services for the internal and external clients per the defined SLA
Manage end to end operational responsibilities of voice services on a day to day basis including (but not limited to) installing and configuring handsets, trunks and related PBX parameters
Monitor the PBX for regular reporting on key performance parameters and utilization statistics
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Strong understanding of basic telephony, signaling standards and telecommunications protocols
Preferable some Hands-on experience on industry standard enterprise/ call center PBX’s
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer focused & positive attitude towards work
High level of initiative coupled with a good team spirit
Ability to work with diverse teams & a quick learner
Ensure timely recovery of long distance call charges.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
Experience: 0 - 2 years
