- To have an understanding of our applications and its capabilities
- Point of contact for assigned clients
- Analyse and evaluate requests made by clients and communicate the same to the team leader
- Communicate the job status to the client and to the internal management team

Desired Candidate Profile
For technical support - web
- 0-2 years work experience
- Engineering degree with knowledge Java, Jsp, Ajax and HTML
- Knowledge of linux is advantageous
- Knowledge of either MySQL or Oracle
- Good communication skills in English
- Advantage to those who can communicate in Hindi
