Job Description:
• Transcription and entry of paper/fax customer purchase orders into ADC’s SAP order management system. Completely and accurately enter all relevant purchase order data elements including part numbers, shipping and billing information, and any special instructions. Orders are to be created per documented work instructions.
• Process inbound EDI order transactions from ADC’s customers’ systems into ADC’s SAP system. Manage all system alerts and ensure all data elements have properly mapped from the customer transmission to ADC’s SAP system. Correctly manage all system alerts and delivery blocks.
• Support of e-commerce systems including on-line literature requests, dispatching direct customer quote requests, completing quote requests from indirect customers and processing user registrations.
• General administrative support including fax dispatch and routing (from Faxcom servers), PO Scanning and Indexing, SAP and BI report generation as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
(1) Job involves working in 2 shifts (rotational) 1 PM – 10 PM and 7 PM to 4 AM.
(2) Candidate should have good Communicational skills (Written & Oral).
(3) Candidate with expertise in International languages like French, German, Spanish, Russian, Italian are highly preferred.
(4) Candidates with prior experience in Order Entry, Customer Care service and BPO are highly preferred
