3. Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
4. Building a rapport with customers.

Desired Profile:
1. Min Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
2. Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based.
3. Involves working in Night shifts.
4. Excellent communication skills.
