Support Engineer / Senior Support Engineer

Job Description:
- SE / SSE / AE / AC will interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone.
- Their primary objective is to resolve all customer issues over phone during the first contact by leveraging all available tools and resources.
- To ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered.
- To perform floor support for all new hires on need basis and ensure disseminating of proper knowledge to all floor agents.
- To maintain high-level adherence to policies and procedures.

Candiate Profile:
- Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must
- Basic Knowledge in Networking and Hardware
- Willing to relocate to the work site in case from another location
- Willing to work in night shifts
- Willing to provide 24/7 support
- Professional attitude and a passion for gaining technology
