Analyze Customer complaints & ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate between customer & technicians for installation and rectification
Coordinate with internal system team to resolve problems
Generate reports for internal & external customers

Desired Candidate Profile
-Should possess good knowledge in MS Office & PC based software
-Should have experience in making periodical reports
-Must be able to communicate in English & Hindi apart from their regional language
-Preferably freshers with good communication
