Job Description:
• To provide customer service in the form of inbound and outbound calls to international customers
• Support clients with troubleshooting issues relating to products/services offered by client
• Partnering with client on updates and changes to provide superior customer service
• Willingess to work in US shift timings is mandatory

Eligibility:
• Arts & Science graduate with no standing arrears
• 10+2+3 year education pattern is mandatory
• Only 2008 / 2009 pass outs can apply
• Flexibility to work US shift
• Candidates with degrees through correspondence/ part-time courses are also eligible
